Travel agent staff This department is an important tool in the overall industry because this staff will oversee the central and crucial part of the travel industry. When this is in a proper implementation, most problems are not encountered by the customers. Also in one of their provision by allowing the reliance of the client to their hands they become the middlemen to guide them through all other departments. The wider scope of this staff allows the industry to have a strong interrelation to the customers.
