Answer: Staffing requirements for different companies have a high variation due to the different needs of every business. With this division, a proper staffing is a requirement to be in a position to make the overall department become a success. Food service staff The orientation of this staff is responsible for providing food services to the clients or customers. Part of the food services provision of fast foods is also in inclusion. According to statistics, it is evident that most training has its origin at work, this is basically, because most of the aspects implored are practical, and the difference in the environment makes it hard sometimes to be a hard task to others. The management has its location in hotel and accommodation management where all the activities are always in a good handle on the section. As part of their requirements, the section holds a lot of other duties including the management of overseeing the front desk to increase and provide services adequately, thus in most times a minimum of a bachelors degree is a requirement. (Good et.at, 2016). Apart from that knowledge from other fields like marketing, management and accounting are also essential. Every bit about the courses leads to allocation to a specified area in the industry. Travel agent staff This department is an important tool in the overall industry because this staff will oversee the central and crucial part of the travel industry. It helps in planning and organizing for trips for the customers. They at a greater extent provide information about travel and so offer advice to the overall plan. (Blood et.al, 2016). When this is in a proper implementation, most problems are not encountered by the customers. Also in one of their provision by allowing the reliance of the client to their hands they become the middlemen to guide them through all other departments. The wider scope of this staff allows the industry to have a strong interrelation to the customers. In general, its structure of staffing is also responsible for providing entertainment, found under the recreation and leisure part. (Dampier et.al, 2016). This interdependency of the whole traveling company in the hospitality sector ensures a perfect role play to let guests enjoy.
